Career

Zidane played with an elegance that disguised how physically imposing he was — 1.85 m, strong in contact, and almost impossible to dispossess once he had turned. He decided the biggest matches available to him: two headed goals in the 1998 World Cup final and a left-footed volley to win the 2002 Champions League.
